Heat Tranquilizer HS-83 Uses:

Dibenzoylmethane DBM is an important β- dione structural thermo-plastic light, heat stabilizers. It is a non-toxic, tasteless material and can be widely used in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastics and acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene (ABS) resin. 1,3-Diphenyl-1,3-propanedione can be used in PVC bottle of mineral water, the dosage is not more than 0.2%.

Heat tranquilizer HS-83  is confirmed as stabilizer of Ca/Zn carboxylate salt stabilizing system.

In view of dibenzoylmethane being non-toxic, tasteless, and free of environmental pollution, and having a good synergy in combination with other plastics additives, so dibenzoylmethane has a very broad application prospects in the plastics industry.The applications in the plastics industry will become the mainstream of plastic industry development.
